Pell '05, who has taken an active part in the government and politics of New York City will talk to the students in Government 17b this morning at 9 o'clock on "City Government as Determined by the Character of the Men who Run it." The class meets in Room O on the upper floor of Widener Library and other students interested in the subject are invited to attend.
