Pell to Address Government 17b

Mr. Herbert C. Pell '05, who has taken an active part in the government and politics of New York City will talk to the students in Government 17b this morning at 9 o'clock on "City Government as Determined by the Character of the Men who Run it." The class meets in Room O on the upper floor of Widener Library and other students interested in the subject are invited to attend.
