Payson at Liberal Club

Mr. Payson Smith, Massachusetts State Commissioner of Education, will speak at luncheon today, at the Liberal Club, 66 Winthrop Street.

Mr. Smith is a prominent educator, and his speech today will deal with some phase of education. The meeting is open to all men in the University, Mr. Smith beginning his speech at 1.20 o'clock.
