Two rowing regattas, whose results will be highly significant to Harvard crew enthusiasts will be held at New Haven and Annapolis this afternoon. The first, second, and 150-pound Eli crews will meet the corresponding eights of Columbia and Pennsylvania, the same opponents who will face Harvard a week hence in Boston, while on the Severn river at Annapolis three similar Princeton boats will try their skill against the Naval Academy oarsmen.
