LETTER-MEN CHOOSE REED AS 1925 LACROSSE LEADER

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Allen Eugene Reed-'26, of Livonia, N. Y., was unanimously elected captain of the 1925 lacrosse team yesterday at a meeting of the men who played against Yale on Saturday. Reed played second defense on the team this year and has been one of the steadiest and at the same time one of the most aggressive players throughout the season. He never played lacrosse before this spring, having devoted himself to basketball, winning his numerals on last year's Freshman team, and playing on this year's University squad.

David Waller Bakeless '26, of Bloomburg, Pa., was awarded the second assistant managership at the close of a seven weeks' competition.
