WALKER MADE PRESIDENT AT DEBATING COUNCIL DINNER

Greenough and Huntington Speak and New Officers Take Charge

The Debating Council held its annual dinner last night in the Club Room of the Union. In addition to addresses by Dean Greenough and Professor Huntington, who for the past few years has advised the Council in debating matters, the new officers took charge and the Freshman members, recently elected were presented with their shingles.

The officers for the year 1924-25 are; President, Philip Walker '25; Vice-President, P. W. Williams '25; Secretary-Treasurer, W. S. Stone '26.

The Freshmen elected to the Council are: D. R. K. Barnes, D. W. Chapman Jr., J. R. Creel, J. F. Davidson, D. L. Dickson, William Morton Jr., and Frank Otis.
