Red, yellow, and green lanterns, music, laughter, and one of the largest crowds on record filled the Smith Halls quadrangle last night from 6 o'clock until 2, for the annual Freshman Jubilee.

The evening opened with the dormitory singing competition. The judges, Mr. G. W. Chadwick, of the New England Conservatory of Music, Professor R. C. Cabot '89, and Mr. Edward Ballantine '07 gave the award to the Smith chorus, led by Morton Smith '27, and President Lowell presented the silver cup to the winner.

Leo Francis Daley '27 of Andover, was awarded the 1926 Class Memorial Scholarship, for having done the most for his class in academic record, athletics, and other extra-curriculum activities.
