At the opening session of the convention of the New England Federation of Harvard Clubs today. President Lowell and representatives of the Division of Fine Arts and of the Faculty of Architecture will speak. The meeting will be held in the Faculty Room of University Hall as 10 o'clock and is open to members of the University.
