A veteran combination will entertain the University Seconds when Coach Stewart's team engages Phillips Academy at Andover this afternoon. McCiellan, Jones, Vaughan, Prior, Parisien, Mumby and Shoop have had one or more years of experience on the Academy nine and have been going strong this year. Mumby, whose home run clinched the game with the Crimson Freshmen last year, has been leading the team in hitting. Shoop, who is the most probable hurler for this afternoon is pitching his third year for the Andover team.

Coach Stewart realizes that a hard game faces his nine and that the issue will depend largely on which team gets the breaks. Puffer is his choice to twirl the nine to a victory, not having pitched as yet for the Seconds. a shift in the line-up has brought Keene up to second place in the batting order. Burton, another recent addition to the Second squad, will be in charge of center field, with Chase in right and Pratt in left.
