JOHN HARVARD TAKES UP HIS NEW QUARTERS IN THE YARD

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

With the completion of the new base in front of University Hall, John Harvard has taken up his new abode, where he will be under the watchful eye of college authorities, and not subjected to indignities which in the past have marred the peace of mind of those people who regard this statue as an integral part of traditional University life.

The imposing figure of John Harvard has resided in the delta by Memorial Hall for some years, but by a recent decision of University officials, its removal was ordered to the site in front of the Administration Offices.
