The former intercollegiate champion and holder of the intercollegiate hammer throw record has been practicing every afternoon behind the Stadium. He graduated from Bowdoin last year and is now studying at Tufts. His 181 foot 6 1-2 inch hammer throw in the I. C. A. A. A. A. meet last spring was the most brilliant individual performance.
