The meeting is open to all members of the University.
Leading the discussion on the affirmative side will be C. R. Brooks '26, Sterling Dow '25, and C. T. Lane '26. They will be opposed by Francis Birch '24, Oliver La Farge '24, and A. D. Phillips '26. Following the opening speeches the floor, as usual will be thrown open for discussion.
The question of non-participation in war will be debated from a thoroughly modern viewpoint. It is even understood that a resolution will be proposed from one side of the house advocating the abolition of the Military Science Department at Harvard.
In accordance with the new closure rule of the Debating Union, a vote on the resolution will be taken at 8.30 o'clock, unless it is voted to continue the discussion beyond the time limit.
