Three postgraduate scholarships for the study of international law will be awarded annually at the Law School, according to a recent announcement, as a result of the gift provided for by the will of Chester D, Pugsley '09 of New York City. The scholarships, each with an annual stipend of $200, will be given to residents of North, Central, and South America, who are designated by the President of the North American Institute of International Law, Dr. James Brown Scott '90, at Washington, D. C.
