1927 Pistol Team Starts Work

Freshmen in the Military Science classes are now receiving preliminary instructions in the use of a pistol. Following the Spring recess the men will begin target shooting, and those proving to be the best marksmen will be picked to make a pistol team:

This team will be composed entirely of students in the R. O. T. C. classes, and will shoot against teams representing R. O. T. C. divisions in other colleges. Last year the schedule included shoots with West Point, Boston University, Alabama Polytechnic Institute, Cornell, University of Wisconsin, and Princeton.
