From the time President Eliot leaves his home on Fresh Pond Parkway until he is escorted home again, action will characterize Sanders Theatre and the Yard. The following schedule will be followed strictly in preparations and in the events themselves:

2.45. South door of Memorial Hall and doors of Sanders Theatre opened to reserved seat ticket-holders, Officers of Instruction and Administration and Alumni.

Memorial Hall will be opened to all University and Alumni Officials, Delegates and guests designated to march in the Procession.

3.00. Music by the Orchestra will begin in Sanders Theatre.

3.10. Reservations of space in Sanders Theatre for ticket-holders, Officers of Instruction and Administration and Alumni will cease and doors will be opened to the public, if space permits.

3.15. Procession formed in Memorial Hall.

3.25. Doors closed to the public.

President Eliot and escort arrive.

President Lowell, Chief Justice Taft, Justice Sanford and President Angell arrive.

Governor Cox and escort arrive.

3.28. Procession starts from Memorial Hall and enters Sanders Theatre.

3.30. Meeting begins.

5.00. Meeting ends.

President Eliot and escort proceed to the Yard.

5.10. President Eliot and escort arrive in front of University Hall.

Greetings of students of the University.

5.20. President Eliot escorted to his house.
