Crimson Marksmen Shoot 1864 but Can't Compete With 1953 of League Leaders-Tied With Yale for Seventh Place

Although the University riflemen shot their highest score to date in league competition, they were defeated by Norwich University by the score of 1953 to 1864 in their eighth inter-collegiate match. The University is now tied for seventh place in the league standing with Yale, Princeton bringing up rear with eight consecutive defeats.

The tie for seventh place will be decided today, when the University will shoot against Yale. In the previous encounter the University was victorious.
