SMALL GROUP HEARS THAYER CLUB WIN BY A FRACTION

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Before an audience of nine listeners including the CRIMSON reporter, the Thayer Club last night won a mock hearing for an injunction over the Root Club in the preliminary Ames trials. The speaking was devoid of much brilliance. Nathaniel Thayer 2L. and C. C. Cabot 2L. gained a 6 1-2 to 5 1-2 decision, the closest possible except a draw, over D. H. Starks 2C. and J. H. Merrick 2L. Professor J. H. Beale was Chief Justice.

Tonight in Langdell Hall the Langdell-Marshall Club will argue against the Pound Club.
