The first meeting to make preparation for the Freshman Jubilee will be held in the Smith Halls Common Room at 7.30 this evening for the whole Freshman Class, Dr. A. W. Wright '17 will discuss plans for the organization of choruses in each of the three Freshman dormitories, and will also briefly explain the history and purpose of the Jubilee. The meeting will be presided over by B. S. Cogan 1G.B.

R. P. Bullard '24, who in his Freshman year was chairman of the Jubilee Committee, and L. F. Daley '27, recently elected president of the class, will address the meeting.

The Freshman Glee Club, which is under the supervision of Dr. Wright, will make its first appearance tonight at this meeting. Further musical entertainment will be given in the form of specialties by a few individuals of the class.

The aim of the dormitory choruses is to stimulate interest in singing among all men in the class, and to prepare for the social climax of the Freshman year. At the Jubilee the three choruses will compete for the silver loving cup, presented by President Lowell, the winning hall getting possession of it for one year. At present the cup is in the possession of Smith Halls.
