The University polo team yielded to the Norwich University horsemen at the Norwich winter carnival on Saturday by a score of 19 to 11 1-2. Pell, Stranahan, and Kent formed the Harvard line-up throughout the game.

The Crimson poloists, despite the fact that their competitors were beaten decisively by Yale, found their inexperience in handling strange ponies too great a handicap.

The Vermonters made a strong start, gaining five goals in the first period in quick succession. From then on they maintained a safe lead. Kent with five goals, led the scoring for the University.
