The Harvard-Yale relay race at the B. A. A. games tomorrow in the Boston Arena will be the keenest in many years. Since the war the University has won from Yale but once, the blue runners having taken four out of five contests.

The Crimson shows more strength this year than ever before. In the race last Saturday with Georgetown, the time, 7 minutes 10 1-5 seconds was eight seconds faster than the one contest which Harvard has won since the war. This was without the services of Allen who is one of the strongest of the University runners. Although Coach Farrell has not definitely announced the personnel of the long relay team, five men have been picked from which the quartet will be chosen toworrow before the race. Allen, Barker, Chapin, Cutcheon, and Watters. Followers of track generally agree that Watters will fill the anchor position and unless given too big a handicap, he should pass anyone within 20 yards. Allen is almost sure to be number one man on the Crimson team.

The Blue will undoubtedly rely on Captain Malcolm Douglas, Gilbert Chapin, Geilfuss, and Bannon. This team will attempt to lower the record of 8m., 11 3-5s., which it set last year.
