Royal H. Snow, captain of the University fencing team in 1920, and Rhodes scholar at Oxford, is leading the swordsmen of the English university this year.

He has shown great brilliance so far this season, having lost only two contests out of eight. The team recently defeated the Royal Navy and Royal Marines 14-13, a match in which Snow won all three of his contests.

Among the other members of the team are Crown Prince Olaf of Norway, who won one contest against the Royal Air Force, and J. S. Ogllvie of Hamilton College, N. Y. The objective meet of the season takes place against Cambridge, late in February.
