HIGH WILL SPEAK TO LIBERALS

Mr. Stanley High, editor of the "Christian Science Monitor", will be the guest of the Liberal Club at a small luncheon to be given at the club headquarters this afternoon. Mr. High will speak on "Russia" at 1.30 o'clock, and the meeting will be open to all members of the University.

Mr. High is a prominent pacifist of the more constructive kind. As editor of the "Christian Science Monitor" he took a leading part in the effort to make war so disagreeable and unprofitable that no government would dare to start trouble.
