The appointment of Mr. Pennypacker as Chairman of the Athletic Committee is welcome news. No member of the staff in University Hall has the interests of athletics more at heart than he. This sympathy fits him especially for the chairmanship of the committee which exercises control over all the important matters arising in athletic policy and administration.
