Congressman John P. Hill of Baltimore, whose cellar has been the subject of much controversy of late, will deliver two speeches on Federal legislation next week in Government 3.

On Monday at 12 o'clock in Harvard 3 he will deliver his first lecture and he second will come Wednesday at the same time.

Professor Holcombe, who is in charge of Government 3, declared that if the attendance is too large for Harvard 5 to accommedate that he will move the lectures to some larger recitation room.
