SCHOOLBOY HARRIERS TO COMPETE THIS MORNING

Ten high and preparatory schools will compete for interscholastic cross country honors at the University this morning, according to an announcement made last night by E. W. Marshall '26, assistant manager of cross-country.

Rindge Tech, last year's victor, and Andover, runner up, are expected to furnish the chief thrills in the fight for first place today. But in Arlington High both teams will find a stiff competitor, as the high school team has shown remarkable strength this season defeating the Harvard Freshmen 26-30 two weeks ago.

Ten Schools Entered in Meet

The meet is open to any high or preparatory school in New England When the entries closed this week, ten schools had declared their intention of racing in the meet, and a total of 96 entries had been received. The schools entered include three preparations schools, Andover, LaSalle Academy, and St. John's, and seven high schools. Arlington, Cambridge Latin, Providence Tech, Rindge Tech, Stoneham, Woburn and Worcester Commerce.
