NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The commanding officer of the Charlestown Navy Yard has invited all members of the University to be guests of the United States Navy at the Navy Yard today. The occasion for this invitation is "Navy Day" which is celebrated annually on the birthday of Theodore Roosevelt '80, who did so much for the sea forces of the country.

Everyone will be admitted to the yard without the passes which are ordinarily required. The ships at the docks will be opened for inspection and the various manufacturing processes carried on in the yard may be seen.
