This evening at 8 o'clock the Circulo Espanol will hold its first meeting of the year at the Union. At this meeting the club will be organized and plans for the year will be discussed. All members of the University interested in the work of the club are welcome.
The "Circulo Espanol de Harvard" was founded in 1900 for the promotion of the appreciation of the Spanish language and literature among students of the University, having a purpose similar to the Cercle Francais and the Circolo Italiiano for the French and Italian students. It also endeavors to foster cordial relations between America, Spain and the Latin American countries. The club holds lectures and smokers at which it is addressed by prominent Spanish speakers and also gives an annual play later in the year.
