STUDENTS MAY STUMP FOR WALSH

The much talked of indifference of the case hardened Harvard student is in danger. If plans of a committee interested in the reelection of Senator Walsh are carried out, the spectacle of a Harvard man gesticulating wildly from the summit of a soap box may not be uncommon about the streets of Boston and Cambridge.

The Senator spoke before an audience of 30 men from the Law School and the College in an informal meeting at 18 Walter castings yesterday. He made an appeal to all open minded and progressive students in the University to support him regardless of their party affiliations.

A committee was appointed by the chairman, J. M. Adams 3L., consisting of L. E. Hickman 3L., A. S. Hassett 3L., and William Exton Jr. '26 to take charge of the "Walsh for Senator" campaign in the College. Plans were formed for the organization of a political club and a series of "stumping" expeditions about town.

Men whose political convictions agree with those of Senator Walsh have been urged to get in touch with J. M. Adams 3L. at 18 Walter Hastings.
