8 Takeaways From Harvard’s Task Force Reports
Students needing financial aid may now make application at the Dean's office for sums of from 75 to 100 dollars from the loan fund. The interest of the loan fund is lent each year to meritorious students in the college, subject to the supervision of trustees in Boston. Preference is given to members of the Sophomore, Junior and Senior classes in the college.
Applications should be made to the treasurer of the loan fund and left in the Dean's office. In the application the applicant should state the amount he desires and give a full description of the circumstances which make his application for aid necessary. If the student has received previous aid from the college he is required to state how much it was and when received. If he is a minor, his application must be accompanied by the written application of his parent or guardian.
