1928 Discussion Club Organizes

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

At a meeting last night in Smith Halls Common Room, the Freshman Discussion Club of 1928 was organized under the auspices of the University Debating Council.

J. S. Donaldson '27 conducted the meeting which over 50 men attended. Phillip Walker '25 gave a short talk on the worth of debating.

After this talk, an informal discussion, in which both last year's debaters and Freshmen took part, was held on the subject: "Resolved: that Memorial Hall would be better turned inside out."

The next meeting will probably take place two weeks from Thursday, the subject to be discussed being; "Resolved: that having of Freshmen be sanctioned at Harvard."
