Freshman Tournament for Kenna Chess Trophy to Begin Soon

This year's competition between the Freshman dormitories for the Richard Kerens Kenna Chess Trophy will begin tonight with a meeting of all Freshman chess devotees in the Club Room of the Union at 7.45 o'clock. At this meeting the teams will be formed and captains elected.

The Kenna Trophy is awarded annually to the Freshman dormitory which wins a series of matches, and will become the permanent possession of the dormitory winning it three years in succession. Gore Hall enters the series this year with a victory in 1923 to its credit.

Following the organization of the teams, Adrien Gambet '25 of the University team, will give a simultaneous exhibition against all the candidates who are present.
