Noted Britishers Here Saturday

Sir William Wiseman, liason officer between the British and American cabinets during the war, and Mr. R. T. Rattcliffe, a former member of the editorial staffs of the London Daily News and the Manchester Guardian will be the speakers at the luncheon of the Foreign Policy Association on Saturday, at the Copley Plaza Hotel, Boston.
