Only Men in First Four Groups of Rank List Will be Admitted

That men in group V and VI of the rank list will no longer be admitted to Music 3 or Music 4 was discovered yesterday by numerous candidates for enrollment in these Meccas of the Academic Field. In an effort to raise the scholastic standards of their courses and perhaps to obviate the purposes to which students in the past have put them, Assistant Professor E. B. Hill '94, in charge of Music 3, and Professor W. R. Spalding '87, at the head of Music 4, announced their intention of limiting both courses to Juniors and Seniors in the upper four groups of the rank list.
