At a meeting of the University Engineering School chapter of the Tau Beta Pi honorary fraternity held directly after the initiation of the chapter Wednesday night, Earl Pierce Nelson 3E.S., of Waterloo, la., was elected president, and George Gerard Tunnell Jr. 1G., of Chicago, III., vice-president for next year. The other officers were selected as follows: Recording secretary, Eliot Furness Porter 3E.S., of Hubbard Woods, III.; corresponding secretary. Morris Stone 4E.S., of East Weymouth; and treasurer, Matthew Scott Brownell 4E.S., of Washington, D. C.
