As the result of the postal ballot and the voting today at Harvard Hall, the following five men have been elected to the Board of Overseers of the University, each to serve for six years:

Mr. Eliot Wadsworth '98 of Washington, D. C.

Mr. Thomas W. Slocum '90 of New York City.

Dr. Richard Derby '03 of Oyster Bay, N. Y.

Mr. Benjamin Dibblee '99 of San Francisco, Cal.

Mr. William C. Boyden '86 of Winnetka, Ill.

At the same time three men were elected directors of the Harvard Alumni Association, each for a three-year term:

Mr. Leverett Saltonstall '14 of Brookline.

Mr. Henry L. Shattuck '01 of Boston.

Mr. Charles S. Pierce '95 of Milton.
