Dean Roscoo L. Pound, Hon. Law '20, of the University Law School, was awarded the honorary degree of LL.D. by Union College, Schenectady. N. Y., at their Commencement exercises yesterday morning. Dean Pound is a graduate of the University of Nebraska (1888), and was formerly dean of the law department of that institution. He was Story Professor of Law at the University from 1910 to 1913, and has been Carter Professor of Jurisprudence since that time. He was appointed dean in 1916.
