Yale Reorganizes Union

NEW HAVEN, CONN., May 3.-- The Yale Union was completely reorganized here tonight the reorganization taking in part the form of the recently developed Harvard Debating Union. Conservative and Radical Parties have been introduced to make up the two wings of the Union. The committee in charge of the revision was composed of G. F. B. Apple, S. H. Blackmer, and S. N. Whitney.

The whole college voted today to have the Student Council assume charge of the Honor System, and that undergraduates shall be represented on the Faculty Visiting Committee. Both plans were approved by President Angell.
