FRESHMAN TRACK TEAM TO COMPETE AT EXETER

Thirty-Four Men Selected to Make Trip--Expect Stiff Opposition From Fast Schoolboy Runners

Thirty-four Freshman track athletes, have been selected to go to Exeter Saturday to compete in the team's second meet of the season. They will be accompanied by Coach Farrall and Manager S. de J. Osborne.

Exeter will offer even more powerful opposition to the yearlings' invasion than did the victorious Andover men last week. The Exonians are rated higher in both the running events and the field contests than the yearlings' first opponents. On the other hand, the Freshman team will be greatly strengthened by the presence of the four champion relay men who last Saturday were prevented from participating in the Andover meet, because of their race at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia. These men, Captain Allen, Brooks, Broome, and Kane, are distributed among all the running events except the mile.
