Professor Arthur N. Holcombe '06 of the Government Department will be the speaker at the first meeting of the Harvard Committee of the League of Nations Non-Partisan Association to be held Wednesday evening at 7.15 in the Trophy Room of the Union. Professor Holcombe will point out the part college men can play in bringing about the entrance of the United States into the League. At the meeting the plans of the Harvard Committee will also be discussed and an opportunity given for members of the University to enroll.
