Mr. J. H. Scattergood Will Talk at Liberal Club Luncheon at 1.10

At 1.10 o'clock today at a luncheon given by the Liberal Club, Mr. J. H. Scattergood will talk on "The Political Situation in the Ruhr". Mr. Scattergood has recently returned from the Ruhr district, where he was a member of the Friends' Service Committee, in which capacity he investigated conditions with a view of making possible American assistance to the Ruhr population. Mr. Scattergood was also in the first commission to go to Europe for the purpose of giving aid to refugees.

This meeting will be open to all members of the University.
