UNIVERSITY LACROSSE MEN TO MEET NATIONAL CHAMPIONS

Will Oppose Syracuse University on Latter's Field This Afternoon

The University Lacrosse players left last night for Syracuse, New York, where they will play this afternoon the national lacrosse champions, Syracuse University. Odds are all in favor of the champions; however, the Crimson players defeated the Boston Lacrosse Club last Saturday 6-4. The latter defeated the University on two occasions before the spring trip.

The Syracuse team has overridden all the teams in the country in 1921 and 1922 and has not met defeat this year. Because of this record Syracuse University has decided to send the team to England this summer where it will meet Oxford and Cambridge.
