NEW YORK, N. Y., April 8.--The annual spring meeting of the Intercollegiate Ice Hockey Association was held here today in the Pennsylvania Hotel. F. W. Manchee, Princeton, and W. H. Cowles Jr., Yale, were elected president and secretary-treasurer, respectively for the 1923-1924 season. The purpose of the meeting was the election of officers, the arranging of next season's schedules, and the presentation of suggestions for changes in the hockey rules for consideration before final action which will be taken at the fall meeting of the association.
