Seeking an injunction to prevent the publishing of "short cut" notes on law lectures, a bill of equity was filed yesterday by four professors in the University Law School against three residents of Cambridge. The defendants are H. T. Lawrence, G. D. Chase, and T. H. Hynes, the first two of whom are former students in the University.
Through their attorneys, Dunbar, Nutter, and McClenny of Boston, the bill was filed by Professor J. H. Beale '82, Professor A. W. Scott '09, Professor E. H. Warren '95, and Professor Samuel Williston '82.
