Mr. William Fenwick Harris '91, chairman of the City Planning Board of Cambridge, will talk at 12 o'clock today in Harvard 6 at a meeting of Government 17 which is open to all members of the University. The subject on which Mr. Harris will speak is "The Need of Metropolitan Planning in Greater Boston". Before he assumed his present position, Mr. Harris was an assistant professor of Greek in the University.
