NEW, HWEN, CONN., April 23.--Gathering a large number of hits and taking advantage of the frequent passes given by Hickey, who pitched for Yale, the New Haven baseball team, Eastern League champions, today defeated the Blue players in a listless game by the score of 12 to 3. This game atones for the set-back which the Yale men gave the same team April 14, when the Blue team came from behind to win 7 to 6.
