Spring football practice at the University, which was scheduled to begin last Monday and was then postponed until yesterday, has again been delayed because of the cold weather and the softness of the ground. The day now set for work to begin is next Monday.
The original plans called for three weeks of drill this spring, but the time which has been lost in getting started will not be added at the end, and the length of the practice has been reduced to approximately two weeks. Coach Fisher expects, however, to cover the same amount of work in the shorter period by intensive drill.
