FRESHMEN MUST SIGN UP FOR SPRING EXERCISES

Required to Register Tomorrow Whether Their Sport Begins at Once or Not--Ten Choices Open to '26 Men

Ten sports will be open to Freshmen this spring, according to the announcement made yesterday by the Department of Physical Education. It was stated that all Freshmen must sign up tomorrow for their spring sport, whether it begins at once or not. The corrective exercise class, the 5 o'clock gym class, and the special development work under Mr. Hans Neudorf will continue to the Spring vacation, but boxing, wrestling, basketball, and squash will stop tomorrow.

The sports open to Freshmen are crew, 150-pound and dormitory, besides the regular first crew: single sculling, which will begin on April 2; spring football, which will also begin on April 2: lacrosse, starting at once; handball at the Hemenway gymnasium under the direction of Mr. R. M. Oxmun 1G.Ed., beginning April 2; track, open now; interdormitory baseball, which will be gotten under way as soon as possible by S. H. Chase 21., who has been coaching the Freshman basketball team; swimming, which will now be open to all Freshmen under the instruction of G. H. Sibley 3L.; tennis, to commence as soon as possible under J. B. Field 3L, and soccer, which will begin shortly.
