DEAN GAY TO PRESIDE AT MEETING OF DEBATING UNION

Mr. E. R. Gay '19, Assistant Dean of the College, will preside at the fourth meeting of the Harvard Debating Union, which will be held next Tuesday evening in Harvard 1. The subject which will be discussed is that of the entrance of the United States into the World Court as suggested by President Harding. At its previous meetings the Debating Union has considered the questions of the recognition of Russia by the United States the Jones Ship Subsidy bill, and the French policy in the Ruhr.
