NEW HAVEN, CONN., March 25.--The Athletic Board of Control today appointed a committee to supervise the construction of a new eighteen-hole golf course on the Griest property, recently acquired by Yale. Actual construction work will begin after the Easter vacation. Announcement was also made today by the University authorities that Seniors would be allowed to drive automobiles after May 3. The privilege was granted as a result of a petition from the Academic and Sheffield Scientific School Student Council.
