Professor de Margerie Also Explains Formation of Western France

In his fifth lecture yesterday afternoon, upon the "Topography, Cartography and Structural Geology of France," Professor Emmanuel de Margerie; exchange professor from France, described the Western Alps of France and Switzerland. He also explained in detail the characteristics of the mountainous terraine which includes Mont Blane. The geological structure of these mountains was made clear by illustrating the formations with stereopticon views.

At the close of the lecture Professor de Margerie described the salient features of the many colored maps which he had on exhibition.
