"Organization and Administration of Foreign Relief" will be the subject of a lecture by Dr. J. F. Moors '83, at 2 o'clock this afternoon in Emerson N. This is the fifth open lecture of a series in Social Ethics 28, a course in the management of institutions and welfare agencies, and graduate students registered in any course of the department of Social Ethics are invited to attend.
